Cannot Access Arcade With Apple One

Hi I cannot access Apple Arcade before I subscribe to apple one I ady cancel the subscription arcade so how can I fix it

Check your settings on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

1) Make sure that you're signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID that you use on your other devices.
2) Make sure that you're signed in to Game Center with the same Apple ID that you use on your other devices. Go to Settings > Game Center to see the Apple ID that you're using with Game Center.

If you still don’t see your data and you were playing on a different device, check your settings on that device.

Gotcha now, sorry of the confusion, JuzAndyOn!


When you sign up for Apple One, the subscriptions that you had individually should have automatically cancelled and reflected the new subscription, without losing access. It doesn't look like the transition happened as it should have. For this, we recommend reaching out to Apple Support so they can look into it for you.
