I just got a new iPad. I do not have a Keychain. How do I get one?

Your keychain is fundamentally integral to your device - and does not need to be specifically enabled. Your locally stored Passwords are automatically saved within the iPad Secure Enclave (i.e., the device’s dedicated security chip). This information can be synchronised with iCloud and other devices via iCloud.

Your iCloud Keychain is enabled from iPad settings:

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Keychain > iCloud Keychain - set to ON
