The 3 dots are not giving me the option to delete or remive

Have you restarted your device since you first noticed this? Even though this is a simple step it may help with situations like this:

"How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."

If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? Which iPhone and iOS version are you currently using? Also, are you experiencing this with multiple passes/tickets or just one specific one?

I have re-started my phone a couple of times. When I push more (circle with dots) all i get is detailed information on the pass. no option to delete.
