My iPhone X (iOs 15) displays my calendar in Welsh, but how can I get my iPhone 13 running iOS16.0.3 to do so? I have the region/language preferences set the same on both phones. Is this just another glitch in iOs 16 or is there a new setting which I am missing?

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you've taken some great steps so far. We noticed that the iPhone language is in English. Does changing that setting as mentioned in Change the language on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support allow you to change the calendar language?

I have the same issue. Hope this is resolved soon. It feels like a huge step backwards
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately Cymraeg is not a supported iPhone language, so it is not possible to change the iPhone language from English to Cymraeg.
