How do I get my iTunes music from my old pc (crashed) and into my new laptop iTunes?

If you previously backed it up, restore it from there. Otherwise, put the old computer's internal drive into an enclosure, search it for files with the itl extension, go up the path, drag-copy the entire library to the new computer, launch iTunes with the Shift key held down, and choose the moved library.
