Apple watch screen is stuck on apple logo

My screen is stuck on the apple logo, wont charge. Shuting down or Re-booting won't work. If I let the watch run down until it shows the red lightning screen then put it on the charger and it goes right to the apple logo as if it is rebooting. Then can leave the watch on OEM charger for over night, it will still show the apple logo.
