How to change background color on Apple Watch face?

Hello! I am trying to change my Apple Watch series 8 to look like the one in the ad. I know the face is white which I know how to do but I can’t figure out how to change the background to the tan color that they show.

In the face gallery, where you choose the face, try the coloured dots to see if this changes it. It should show on your watch as you’re doing it - the rainbow dot brings up more tones to choose. If it’s a Hermes face, that would be exclusive to a Hermes model.
