I set up my iPhone so that you can’t log out / change my Apple ID / ICloud in setting. How do I undo it

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?

Deactivate apple id Goodday, I recently bought a new phone and decided I wanted a new apple id since my old one was linked to my gmail and i wanted to separate them. However my new apple id worked for a few hours then got deactivated. I cant access anything right now since its deactivated. How can I permanently delete my new apple id and continue with the old one. Help!
