Getting deleted messages back

Downloaded the new 16+ up date, and recently deleted does not show up in my messages. It shows all Sanders and unknown senders and known senders, but recently deleted does not show up.

deleted messages keeps coming back Hi. After my last update, deleted messages keep coming back both in my Mac and iPhone... In some cases I deleted them already more than once, but they reappear again... Any idea about what is the problem? Thank you. My operating system is Sonoma.

Deleted text messages I read that I should hit EDIT and recover deleted messages should appear but nothing comes up. What am I doing wrong or is there another way. The cloud happened to be off. Pls pls help

Recently deleted is a new function in iOS16 and will only show messages that were deleted in iOS16

Messages deleted in iOS15 remain permanently deleted
