Creating a kid account

I tried in both iphone and my mac. It does not work. I cannot add credit card. It always gives en error and shows me try again later window.

Assuming you are using family sharing, and if you are trying to add a credit card to a child account, you can’t. The child has to use the family organizer method of payment,
