Face ID stopped working
My iPhone 12 Pro Max fall inside a water, a little water and now the face id and portrait mode for front camera is not working

We'd recommend trying the tips outlined here: If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support
If the issue persists after step 8, resetting Face ID, we'd advise contacting Apple Support as the Face ID module may have been damaged by the fall and requires service.
