iCloud photos missing

How to I get back my missing photos on iCloud, I have been backing up my photos just as expected but I recently noticed that close to 8000 photos from random dates are missing. Please help me get them back, I am stressing out. Please also note that I have plenty of storage so storage cannot be an issue

Why did 9 months of photos dissapear from my iCloud? Was looking back on some old photos and noticed that 9 months of photos have disappeared from my icloud photos. There are also just missing photos that weren't part of the missing months, instead from later. I checked my recently deleted and hidden photos section and didn't see the photos in either one. Missing Photos I don’t have any storage and my phone hasn’t been backed up for about 4 months now. This week when I checked my iCloud, almost 2,000 photos were gone. I’ve checked my Recently Deleted and they weren’t there. I don’t have a Macbook or iPad to store my photos somewhere else. How do I get my missing photos back?

If your photos are not at iCloud.com/photos -- which would also reflect all photos on your device -- check your Recently Deleted album.

If nothing can be found, the images are not in iCloud. You'll then have to recover from your backup or original sources.

The photos have always been on iCloud. Can apple delete them on iCloud?

No. Apple has no access to your files nor would apple delete anything.
