I'm trying to invite a family member (the 5th) but the request has not been sent, also I can't invite him personally with his apple ID and password. He has an android device.
How can this be solved?

In order to add someone with an Android device, they would need to have the Apple Music device on their device. See the rest of the steps below:

He downloaded the Apple Music app, the thing is that I can’t send him an invitation in SMS neither in person. I don’t understand why because he already has an active user…
When I try to invite him in person I fill his Apple ID and password there is an error although all the details are correct: “Verification failed. Error description not available”.
He tried to change his password but the problem still happens.
