Just mention about this pertaining to a bug in the Comments pane. So, proceed with the following.

1. Go Here: Feedback - iPad - Apple
2. Select: "Bug Report" for "Feedback Type"
3. Comment: that you think this is a software bug and why. Include the URL of this thread.
4. Proceed form there as necessary

Memories fail/stall several seconds into the video. I retry but problem frequents reoccur. I close down/turn off my iPad and retry and this usually fixes the problem. This is a frequent problem in the last several days. I do use WiFi but that is not the problem. It appears to be a software issue.
