So I understand that my iMessages are only synced using Apple or iOS devices? I have my iPhone and that’s it. So I can’t view iMessages on iCloud.com with out this correct?

There is no option to view messages on iCloud.com no matter what devices you have. See the following from Use Messages in iCloud - Apple Support
