Red Dot on Dock

Hey all,

I have this small red dot next to the last icon on my dock. Does anyone know what it could be? I first thought it may have been a dead pixel or something but it moves with magnification on the dock. Thanks

Mac mini, macOS 12.6

ok this was solved, it was just a really small firefox icon from my iphone hand-off
