When i buy something on the Appstore with my own Appstore credit my parents get an e-mail notification because of my purchase. I’m in a “Apple Family” with them, but i turned off purchase sharing. Is there a way to deactivate this without me needing to leave the “Apple Family”?

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We see your parents are being notified of your purchases from the iTunes and App Stores. Yes, this is because of Family Sharing. The organizer of a family group receives an email of purchases made by others in the group. Leaving the Family Sharing group would stop that from happening.
