AirPod Pro 2 not working with meeting tools (Zoom / Teams / Google Meet) on window's laptop

Hi community, it is so weird that no responses are received for both microphone and speakers when i was using my new AirPod Pro 2 connecting with my Dell XPS 13 9300 laptop on meeting softwares eg Zoom, Teams, Meet etc but it works for audio websites eg YouTube. I have tried to forget my airpod pro device and reconnected again but the issues still happen. Also, it works perfectly with my iphone when i was using AirPod Pro 2 for meeting tools.

My window version is Windows 11 Home (21H2). May I seek for any advices?
