iOS 16 battery drain

I have an iPhone 11 currently running on iOS 16.0.2 and have noticed that the battery drains at a much faster rate than it did on iOS 15. I have followed the tips suggested in other posts such as removing widgets from theLock Screen, disabling background app refreshand turning off location services ,amongst others. This has not changed much. Is there anything else I can do?

If not is it possible to go back to iOS 15?
