Do the stand minutes each hour have to be consecutive? What if I have stood/moved for at least 1 minute for 6 consecutive hours and I miss the 7th consecutive hour, will that throw me back to zero or will it log the next hour if I’ve stood/moved for at least one minute the next hour?
You can miss hours as most of us do sometimes,the watch will just measure the next hour that you stand and move for 1 minute,they don't have to be consecutive.
