Syncing calendar

Is it possible to add an iOS calendar from an iPad into the calendar in the outlook app so they sync with each other?

Add Outlook Calendar to iPhone 13 Calendar I cannot figure out how to add my Outlook calendar to my iPhone 13 calendar. If you can’t add iCloud Mail, Contacts, or Calendars to Outlook - Apple Support
