I can’t verify my payment method
im aware that I have money on my card and every time I attempt
to make a purchase it gets declined and says I need to verify it but when I go to verify it , it will not allow me to

To verify your payment information:
Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.
On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.
If you're still unable to update your payment method, Contact Apple Support.
