I want to know the difference between iPhones launched in india and USA

The iphone 14 models sold in the US are dual eSIM models and will not accept a physical SIM card. They also contain a mmWave antenna to accommodate the 5G networks in the US. mmWave is not in use anywhere else in the world right now.
