ATV-ui92 error on Apple TV 3

Hi,


I cannot log into netflix app on my apple tv3.

I've looked up various threads but have not found a solution for this.

I've double checked my email/pw and what I have submitted is correct as I've used it on all my other devices.


Steps I've tried that have been suggested;

Resetting settings.

Resetting factory settings.

Power cycle.

Changing netflix username/password.

Changing timezone to manual.


None of the above have worked for me.

Could anyone suggest anything else that may help?

Please try editing your email address with Netflix on the web. I think you may re-enter the same email, but it needs to be updated. Then try again. Else try an actual different email address (new to Netflix).

I have a solution that worked for me.

After create an acount in netflix you are going to receive some e-mails.

Before trying to logon in Apple TV, you need to confirm your cell phone in the e-mail sent by Netflix.

Then you will receive another e-mail from Netflix with 6 numbes code, you need to use this code to finish the changing in your Netflix acount.

After that you are goig to logon Netflix in AppleTV.
