Voicemail from unknown number

Someone from an unknown number keeps phoning and leaving messages. She seems to have a thick accent and the messages are almost impossible to understand but don’t seem to be from a scammer. I think she simply has the wrong number, but I’m wary of scams. What’s the best plan of action?
