Billing information

So recently i tried to update some of my apps, but i got a pop up saying that there was a billing problem with a previous purchase, i’m not sure how to fix this as i’ve tried removing my method of payment (it won’t let me) it tells me that my method of payment is invalid when it is a proper debit card, i’m not sure if this is an issue i take up with apple or an issue i take up with my bank

You can contact your Bank to find out why it's being declined.


You can add a different payment method, so you can complete the pending payment.

You cannot remove all payment methods from your account if there is a pending payment. You need to add another payment method to complete the payment and then remove the one that is not working.
