difficulty in complaining about apple service
I am struggling to complain to apple about apple customer service.
Feedback form is for products . Apple support put you through a cycle of web chat to phone call, who then can't help and round again.

Feedback form is for products . Apple support put you through a cycle of web chat to phone call, who then can't help and round again.
Apple not longer maintains a link to report issues with sales, service, or support. It went away about five years ago.
What remain to us mere mortals is a phone call, and you found why I do not like phone calls, or a well written business letter addressed to Apple HQ:
I used to manage service/support in another industry and preferred a letter by an order of magnitude over a phone call when someone had an issue with my employees.
We are your fellow end users here, not Apple, and cannot affect any change to this system.

They really demonstrated how we mere suers are totally dispensable and although we spend our hard earned and saved money to spend on their products, they really do not care a jot about us.

From my own personal experience, when you speak to the right person, they really do care! 👋🏼😎
I should have made it clear, the actual person representing Apple were as helpful as they could be.
It is the auto response that they have to give, that isn't helpful. No room for give and take.
