Apple Gift car from Likewize
How long does it take for Likewize to deliver an Apple gift card on an approved trade in ?

Please excuse my ignorance, am wondering who "Likewise" is ... is it the device repairers ?
If they are accepting a trade-in from you, you would need to ask them about any gift card.
We are all Apple users, like yourself, (not Apple itself) so can not access any of your account details.
If you are trading in a device with Apple:

says in the links at the bottom of their webpage:
"If your trade-in will be applied as a credit toward an online purchase, you can track it from your Apple Store account.
