RAW files in IOs 16?

When I take pictures using RAW I cannot transfer them in as raw files, they are getting converted to jpegs. I want to only use RAW. Anyone else having problems with their RAW files on an iPhone 14 Pro with IOs16?

Problem solved.

I had toggled, iCloud photos off in settings, toggling back on fixed the issue.
