Photos not Syncing on my MacAir

I have found that at times my photos won't sync on my Mac Air. They are synced across all my other devices...

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.6

After what seems ages I think I might have a solution for this issue, other than all those suggested. I went into "About This Mac" and then into the "Storage"..... I found my Mac was running low on storage.

After clearing out unused files etc, I found that my Mac started to sync my Photos again....

Maybe this can help someone.

Wait it Out:

Enable and then disable Photos in iCloud settings. Note that if you have just enabled this that it will take some time to sync, if there are thousands to sync.
