Siri and Search missing

You probably want to hold off resetting all settings, unless you find that is needed. We recommend to follow the steps found in Force restart iPhone - Apple Support. A lot of times a fresh restart fixes unusual behavior.

If your iPhone hasn't been updated to iOS 16.0.2 version that was recently released, you will want to update your iPhone. See Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support.

I have this same problem. I’ve reset all my setting and downloaded 16.0.2 and I still can’t find Siri and Search. It also doesn’t come up as an option under Restrictions which was also suggested in another post. I would appreciate any help thanks
