Advice on AirPod ordering problem
Ordered two AirPods 12 days ago and says “preparing to ship” for past 5 days and delivery is expected tomorrow at the latest. I tried the online chat and 4 different Apple customer service techs just disconnect with you over and over. Only one said I cannot cancel the order despite the item now available in my local store today (minus engraving). Any advice on an obviously stuck order??
