Can we use 10w apple cahrgers which was provided for iPad 7th gen to charge iPhone 13 phone,

is there any kind of damage going to happen to battery or battery life?? If I use 10w charger

Yes, you can use that charger with the iPhone.

No damage will occur to the iPhone or its battery.

It may be bit slow to charge, but that is it. It should otherwise work fine.
