Apple TV iOS app: How to stop the auto-play?

Using the Apple TV app on an iOS device (i.e. iPhone), does anyone know how to stop an episode from automatically playing when the one you have just watched finishes?

I like to go to sleep at night listening to a show I've purchased but I can't do that using the iOS Apple TV app because if I do, the app just auto-plays one episode after the next. It's been like this since an iOS update sometime in roughly 2019. I have asked about this before but not a lot came back.
