my business hours are wrong once again

We have received complaints from customers that our business hours are wrong. We have reported the issue in Apple Maps and they were corrected for a couple of weeks, but have changed to the wrong hours again. What can I do from keep this from happening again?

We'd like to share some helpful guidance. This is a user-to-user forum with users like yourself and do not have access to these type of tools when there is an issue with Maps. The best guidance would be to report as you have via the steps in Report a problem with Maps on Mac - Apple Support

1. In the Maps app  on your Mac, choose Maps > Report an Issue.
2. If you haven’t reported an issue before, choose whether Apple can follow up by email, then click Agree.
3. Choose one of the following:
• Add to Maps
• Report Street Issue
• Report Place Issue
• Report Route Issue
4. Follow the onscreen instructions to provide the requested information, and include any additional information.
5. Click Submit.

You can review any reports you submitted in the last 90 days. Click the User Account button  in the toolbar, then click Reports.
