This is missing from my library and I wondering how I can get it back. My MacBook Air will not pair with some devices.

Bluetooth.plist file not generating In December 2022, someone posted this question, but no answer was provided. I have the same problem and would really appreciate an answer. Not being able to connect ANYTHING via Bluetooth is very frustrating. Ever since I updated the OS to Monterey, Bluetooth is completely disabled on my MacBook Pro. Cant see my cricut via Bluetooth on Sonoma MacBook Pro 2021 Via bluetooth I can see my Cricut Joy Xtra as a device on my iPhone, iPad, my both my work MacBooks. Of course, the one I do all my design work on for the Cricut is the only computer not able to find it. The only thing that is different is my MacBook 2021 is running Sonoma. I have turned on and off bluetooth, plugged and unplugged the cricut and restarted the computer. Is there anything else I can try. I was not willing to wait the hour and a half on hold for Cricut tech support who I am sure aren't that familiar with Mac issues. Any suggestions appreciated or is anyone else with Sonoma having similar issues.

I have just been updated to Ventura, and the file is back in my library, but I'm still having problems pairing my MacBook Air to both my iPhones 12 and my smart plugs.

I have got the same problem on a MacBook Pro after Monteray latest update 12.6.1. I have tried to restart and use Terminal kill procedure. The BT plist is not appearing in Library/Preferences. My watch is connected and can open the MacBook.
