Safari for iOS is updated along with iOS. To learn how to update iOS please read Update iOS on iPhone - Apple Support.

There is no standalone updater for Safari. If you are on the latest version of macOS for your Apple device (Mac, iPhone, iPad) then you have the latest version of Safari installed. You can also check if an additional update is available by System Preference->Software Update
