Call forwarding is turned on even when i turn it off i have never done call forwarding but when i dail *#21# to check the call forwarding status it shows as in the image, but when i go to settings to turn off, the switch is not showing its showing the loading buffer, and when i dail ##002# to disable, it says erasure succeded but it's only succeded few times to erase, i also dail *#61# and *#62# to disable call forwarding it says disabled but if i check again after some time it shows as in the image, i don't know why it showing like this but i've never done call forwarding personally.

Setting erasure failed voice call forwarding all calls No matter what I do my phone is failing and seem to be forwarding somewhere. Is there a way to find out to who and stop it? I have tried dialing various codes already. I called Verizon they said it’s not forwarding.

What happens when you tap ‘Dismiss’? Does it remove the error message? To successfully set up call forwarding, “You must be in range of the cellular network when you set iPhone to forward calls, or calls won’t be forwarded.” as mentioned here: Set up call forwarding and call waiting on iPhone - Apple Support
