About battery drain

46 battery cycle count with 98 percent battery percentage already!!! what is the reason for this fast battery drain...any tips about how to charge properly or how I can reduce battery draining. it is now really a concerning matter for me. help me out plz. suggestions would be a great help also. thank you.
