My Iphone 14 freezes when making a call

If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? How long is your device unresponsive for when making the call? Also, what is your exact iOS version?

my new iphone is freezin on the message app. I looked at the "answer" provided. no help. My phone is all of a week old, and I have fully charged latest update and 1 TB of space. I have not been on any nefarious sites, unless you count twitter and FB. What can I do...when I open messages it pauses and goes black for sometimes 5 seconds..and sometimes it opens right away, but is frozen.

I’ve had my 14 pro max for 3 days. Mine freezes when using messenger and other sites. It’s also does not immediately respond to taps. Also the phone ringer doesn’t ring! This is beyond frustrating considering what it cost. I hope you get the bugs out quickly!
