unified memory for mac 24"

new imac 24" will be general home use with some photo editing and little business. Recommend 8gb or 16gb unified memory?

+1, I would strongly recommend getting the 16GB RAM option. You cannot upgrade RAM on newer iMacs so it is wise to buy the maximum available.
