Request to change Apple Support Communities username

I wish to change my Apple Support Communities profile username for personal reasons. I understand we cannot do this ourselves and require our question be elevated to accomplish this.

You are unable to change your username on Apple Support Communities, once you have created an account. The only way around this would be to create another Apple ID, and then you would be able to create a new Apple Support Communities account and pick a username of your choice.

Hello~ It can indeed be changed through the discretion of the hosts and Ferd ll has taken care of it already. Your information about having to create a new Apple I D is incorrect.

It would appear that my profile name was changed to a random value (Cameezur) before I even received an email requesting I provide a list of preferred usernames. I'm not sure what happened, but I have no idea where "Cameezur" came from.

I have seen other posts where a user's request was elevated to a moderator or host. Creating a brand new Apple ID is not an option as I have too much history attached to this Apple ID.
