The App Store says my account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes

I can’t download anything from the App Store it says my account is disable in the App Store and iTunes……what does this mean? How can I fix it?

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
