Sync fitness app iPhone 14

Just got a new 14 iPhone. I use the fitness app a lot and since I changed phones the apple watch (version 8.7) is not communicating with iPhone about this information. Everything else works. What should I do?

Connecting Ipad to Apple Fitness+ My iPad is 9th generation running IOS 15.6.1. I have an Apple Watch Series 5. I on a trial subscription of Apple Fitness+. My watch and phone connect just fine for sharing Apple Fitness+ metrics. The iPad will NOT connect to the watch at all. I've even done a hard reset of the iPad and it still want connect to the watch. What do I have to do to get the iPad Fitness+ app to recognize my watch and share the metrics for Fitness+? Likely won't sign up after the trial period if the iPad can't connect. Thanks!

Apple Watch and Apple Fitness App not syncing My iPhone updated to the new IOS 18.3.1 this morning and ever since, the Fitness app has not been updated with the activity my Apple Watch has tracked today. There isn’t a new update needed for my Apple Watch. It is at watchIOS 11.3.1. I have turned my Apple Watch and iPhone both off and back on. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

APPLE WATCH NOT SYNCING TO MY NEW IPHONE I got a new iphone 14pro, but my apple watch series 6 is not syncing to it. I don't know how to fix this.
