Stocks app has incorrect/missing info

To address updates not appearing in the Stocks app, start by quitting the app and opening it again. If it continues restart your iPhone. Make sure that you are running the latest software for you iPhone. You can delete the Stocks app and download again from the app store.

On your iOS or iPadOS device, touch and hold the app.

Tap Remove App.

Tap Delete.

Quit and reopen an app on iPhone

If you want to change the currency for the Stocks app, you will need to change the region used on iPhone. This can be done in Settings > General > Language & region > Region. Keep mind that changing the region will affect other settings such as calendar format and measurements.
