VOICE CONTROL FAILED TO DOWNLOAD NECESSARY FILES
I have been unable to use my voice to text dictation since I did the iOS upgrade. Now I'm getting this error message which I believe is explaining what's happening but how do I fix it?

How to turn on Voice Control
1. Go to Settings and select Accessibility.
2. Select Voice Control, then select Set up Voice Control. A download will begin in the background.
When the download is complete, a microphonewill appear in the status bar of your device that indicates that Voice Control is listening or not listening.
