Hey there, yusuf_bature!

Thanks so much for using Apple Support Communities.

We want to help you get your AirPods working at their best! For this particular issue, we would refer to the article If you see an alert that says "AirPods Mismatch" - Apple Support. From that article, this ultimately means that your AirPods have been mixed up with another AirPods owner:

If you see an alert that says "AirPods Mismatch," then you might have mixed up your AirPods with someone else's AirPods. You can try to get your AirPod back from the person who might have it. Or you can contact Apple Support to replace your AirPod.

In that event, the article we linked will have some options for you.

If you'd like to contact Apple directly, you can do so here at your convenience: Apple Support

We hope that this information is helpful.

Have a great day!
