Need to purchase storage for I cloud and pay through my company/provider every month

I need to know how to buy more storage for i cloud on I phone and pay it through my cell phone bill when it comes in that’s what I used to do I don’t feel safe nor do I have a credit card to put on this phone sorry any idea of what u may have to do to get it on my bill every month
