I would contact xFinity in that case and have them check the provisioning on your iPhone.

You should be able to just dial the number. Are you connected to cell voice?

That would be the cell antenna and the name of your cell service provider. Do you have any bars?

I just got the phone yesterday. Very different from my old one. Had to visit xfinity because I had no internet. I forgot to mention that I couldn’t make calls.

I have 2 bars and full antenna
