Hi jinaptos,

Thanks for posting in Apple Communities.

When using Messages in iCloud, make sure you are running the latest version on each device. If on iOS 16 for iOS devices, they should be running iOS 16.0.2 for bug and performance fixes. If you haven't already, restart all devices that are syncing.

For any ongoing behavior, turn off Messages in iCloud button for one device at a time. Turn off for one device and then turn it right back on. Move on to the next device and turn off the feature and turn it back.

Be sure to allow all messages to sync back to the device before you turn off this feature for the next device to avoid any data loss.

This will cause the device to resend the messages back to each device.

On iOS devices:

1. Go to the Settings app.
2. Tap your name > iCloud.
3. Turn off Messages.

On a Mac:

1. Open Messages.
2. In the menu bar, choose Messages > Preferences.
3. Click iMessage.
4. Deselect the checkbox next to Enable Messages in iCloud.

You can find these and additional steps in Use Messages in iCloud.

Regards.
